We're Hiring - Associate Digital Strategy Director

ORCA are looking for a game changing Associate Digital Strategy Director, to plug into our team on an ad-hoc but regular basis to develop cutting edge campaign strategies and advertisements across a variety of digital platforms, for both ORCA and client accounts alike.

The Role:

We are looking for a driven, ambitious, experienced and solutions-oriented Digital Strategist with a strong analytical mind to craft compelling digital campaigns that deliver results for our clients and our brand. You should be a digital expert and a strategic thinker with a knack for uncovering hidden opportunities across a digital environment.  

The ideal candidate will have strong research skills, an analytical mindset and also a creative outlook. You will be an integral part of the meeting, briefing and creative process; inputting your ideas into new campaigns and strategies.

This role will require flexibility with being able to plug into the ORCA team as and when required on strategic pitches, client briefs and project deployment, as well as with internal brand awareness and insight campaigns.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Define target audiences, demographics, cultural sectors and other customer groups to influence effective digital marketing strategies  
  • Analyse data trends and consumer behaviour
  • Gather market research and results to aid meetings, pitches and workshops
  • Conduct competitive research to identify strengths, weaknesses and opportunities
  • Create intelligent digital campaigns that get results
  • Collaborate with creative team to formulate creative campaigns and strategies
  • Design and deliver workshops and ideation sessions
  • Assess the performance of campaigns, digital strategies and advertisements and tweak ongoing strategies accordingly
  • Analyse market trends and identify new opportunities and challenges
  • Provide recommendations for growth based on research results and analytics
  • Develop and implement strategies for measurable ROI
  • Be on top of the latest digital tools, trends and advancements
  • Attend meetings, pitches, workshops and presentations
  • Ensure ideas are realistic and achievable and seek to find the best solution within the timeframe and budget
  • Uncover and recommend new areas of opportunity for both ORCA and client projects alike
  • Leverage your knowledge of copywriting, SEO, PPC, influencer marketing and other digital marketing techniques to formulate your strategies multiple platforms
  • Assist in the delivery and management of each project, including liaising directly with the client

We are all super keen to get back into the studio so we can all hang out, have fun and collaborate, but for now (and depending on your chosen preference movings forwards) the role will be remote.
